How long does it take for my order to ship?

goluchci.com ships all orders as quickly as possible using UPS, but please note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time.

Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air and 2 Day Air): Orders must be received before 12 PM EST to ship same day. If the order is received after 12 PM EST, orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends.

Can I Cancel My Order?
We work very quickly to ship out orders and start processing them once the order is placed. To cancel an order, please call customer service at (800) 615-5582 or send e-mail to service@goluchci.com during business hours as soon as the order has been placed although it’s not guaranteed the order can be cancelled. We are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST excluding holidays.
I lost my return label! How do I get another one?
If you lost your return label or need a new one, please call customer service at (800) 615-5582 or e-mail service@goluchci.com and we will be happy to e-mail you another one. We are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST excluding holidays.
Where’s My Refund?
Please allow 1 week for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Columbus, OH, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days.
My order says “delivered” but I can’t find it!
First, check with neighbors and all possible areas that your courier could have left the package (i.e. hiding spots, front desk, mailroom, corridor, back door, etc.) If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us right away at (800) 615-5582. We can start an investigation for your missing package with UPS.
Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your goluchci.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. goluchci.com will not accept orders that were purchased in Equipment stores or other retailers.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Goluchci has a responsibility to source products in an ethical, legal and responsible manner and Goluchci partners with vendors who share this belief. Every vendor Goluchci works with receives a copy of, and is required to comply with, these Terms of Engagement. While Goluchci understands that there are many different legal and cultural differences in which factories operate throughout the world, these Terms of Engagement set forth, minimum requirements all factories and business partners must meet in order to do business with Goluchci. These Terms of Engagement, as well as our detailed Monitoring Standards in our Vendor Manual, will also serve as the basis for Janie and Jack to perform ongoing assessment, monitoring and evaluation of a factory’s or business partner’s employment and legal practices as well as environmental compliance.

Vendors used by Goluchci shall not employ any children (i.e. a person less than 15 years old). Where the law in the country of manufacture defines a “child” to include individuals older than 15, such as when the age for completing compulsory education is more than 15, we will apply that higher age definition

Vendors are encouraged to develop lawful workplace apprenticeship programs whenever possible for the educational benefit of their workers, provided that all participants meet both our minimum age standard of 15 and minimum legal age requirements and follow all applicable laws and regulations concerning juvenile / young workers.
